Ordering

You can place an order using the shopping cart and Paypal (no extra charge) or if you

prefer you can send us an order by e-mail or post and pay by cheque or postal order.

Orders outside the UK please place an order and then e-mail us for a shipping price.

Postage charged at cost. Orders to be paid for in GBP.

Post and Packing (UK mainland only)

Orders up to £20.00                     £1.95

Orders from £20.00 to £60.00      £2.75

Orders over £60.00                       £3.50

The above rates include insurance up to £100.00

There are no extra charges for large or heavy items

All prices include paypal (you can use paypal even if you do not have a

paypal account, using your credit or debit card)

All prices include VAT

There is no minimum order or small order charge

If you are not happy with any product you recieve from us , we will

change it or give you a refund. Please let us know within 7 days

All products remain our property until paid for in full

Delivery

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery though we will normally deliver much sooner.

Should your parcel arrive damaged please sign damaged with the carrier and please

 inform us immediately if any parts are missing or damaged. (Large parcels may be

delivered by carrier and smaller parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail)
